Problem

Prepare an online-casino project for launch in a regulated market, with the product, operating model and external dependencies moving together.

Constraints

Limited resources and parallel dependencies across platform suppliers, compliance, finance and certification required a clear critical path.

My role

As COO, I owned the roadmap and coordinated the launch programme across internal stakeholders, suppliers and the regulatory track.

Decision

Organise the programme around launch-critical dependencies, evaluate the platform options against market requirements and make operational ownership explicit.
