Use the same cohort and 30-day observation window. LTV assumes the current monthly contribution continues for the entered number of months; no churn model or discounting is applied.
NGR depends on accounting policy. This scenario deducts bonuses, gaming taxes and content fees; payment and servicing costs are deducted next to calculate contribution. ARPU uses active players, while CAC and scenario LTV use all acquired cohort players. Fixed OPEX is not included. These figures are calculated from your inputs, not predicted by TimesFM.

GGR = stakes − winnings
In this model, NGR = GGR − bonuses − gaming taxes − content fees. NGR definitions depend on contracts and accounting policy.
Management decision. Review bonus load: €10,000 / €50,000 GGR = 20%. Then reconcile the remaining €5,000 deductions across tax and content.

LTV / CAC = €180 / €90 = 2×
LTV is expected contribution per player over 12 months. CAC is acquisition spend / newly acquired players. Compare the same cohort with consistent cost definitions.
Management decision. Compare channels using contribution LTV at the same cohort maturity; revenue alone does not justify a high CAC.

Payback = CAC / monthly contribution
At a constant €30 monthly contribution per player and €90 CAC, payback is 3 months. In practice, use cumulative cohort contribution accounting for churn.
Management decision. Plan working capital against the observed recovery curve; the linear example is a modelling starting point.

CPD = €18,000 / 200 FTD = €90
Advertising spend divided by new first depositors within a defined attribution window. CPD is an acquisition proxy; fully loaded CAC includes the agreed additional costs.
Management decision. Compare CPD with cohort quality: a cheaper first depositor may contribute less. Segment by channel, affiliate and market.

KYC completion = 420 / 500 = 84%
Completed KYC / started KYC for the same cohort and observation window. Completion is distinct from approval. Review rejection rates and processing time separately.
